The mercury is dropping quickly so we thought we’d get you up to speed with what you need for your wardrobe on these chilly days.

We went took model, SARAH GODFREY, down to MEESH’S in Burleigh this morning for a coffee and got her to try on some great outfits from JOY HYSTERIC in Broadbeach for us.

Pretty petals are everywhere this season. We’re not complaining – there’s no better way to liven up a dull day than with a few colourful blooms.

We love this Nana Floral Suit from JOY HYSTERIC in Broadbeach.

We’re so excited open neck sweaters are in this winter. They’re warm, cosy and most importantly look fantastic. The fluffier and brighter, the better!

You don’t get cosier, or more glamorous than a furry jacket. It’s reminiscent of old Hollywood movie stars – think Elizabeth Taylor and Marilyn Monroe. Team it up with a pretty dress and a pair of boots and you have one of this seasons hottest looks.

Trenchcoats are one of the most stylish and versatile winter items you can buy. They never go out of season, they’re light enough for spring and autumn, yet put a few layers under it and you’ll be snug (not to mention look great!) on the coldest of days. Better yet, couple it up with a pair of ankle boots and you have a great dress.

Great accessories can really make an outfit so we are thrilled funky statement necklaces are all over the runway. Go loud, go bright – in fact, anything goes when it comes to this chunky trend!
