While TITAN’S new recruit, AIDAN SEZER, is making a name for himself on the field, his beautiful wife RAZIYE‘s star is also on the rise. This glamorous WAG is etching a career for herself as a jewellery designer. Her bright, bold necklaces are each individually crafted to make a unique statement piece for any outfit.

We caught up with this stylish brunette to find out what she’s been up to since arriving on the Gold Coast a few months ago.

What do you do for a living?
I am a jewellery designer. My label is Raziye Designs.

How would you describe your designs?
When I am designing jewellery, I am able to express myself through my pieces and bring that creation into reality. All my designs are  unique and are all statement pieces. They are also hand crafted and cater to every personality and fashion icon. My designs are implemented with a variety of materials and offer striking and unusual colour palettes.

What is your inspiration for your designs?
I am inspired by everything, from outdoors to colour ! I also follow magazines and fashion books to see what the latest trends are. Sometimes I’ll see a shape or colour combination that I will try to design. My biggest inspiration would have to be colour! I enjoy working on my necklaces all day long and never run out of new ideas. I love it!

How would you describe the woman who buys your jewellery?
Individualistic, fashionable women who loves accessorising – someone who is always making a statement!

Where are you from and how did you end up on the Gold Coast?
I come from a Turkish background. Born in Australia and originally lived in Sydney and moved up to the Gold Coast with my husband Aidan Sezer.

How would you describe your style?
My style changes quite often because it reflects my mood, sometimes you would spot me in a relaxed boho inspired outfit and other times in a simple chic/classy outfit.

Do you have a style icon and if so, who is it?
Camilla, Delta Goodrem and Olivia Palermo are my style three favourite icons.

If you could swap wardrobes with anyone who would it be and why?
Olivia Palermo!

Who has been your biggest fashion inspiration?
Olivia Palermo again because she is so unique and can make anything look fabulous!

What is the best style advice you have ever had?
Be confident and comfortable in what you wear and never be too afraid to take risks and make a bold but subtle statement.

What was your best fashion buy?
It will have to be my beautiful Camilla dress! Her style describes me very well because she is bright, bold and is always making a statement with her designs.

What is your favourite fashion store on the Gold Coast?
Designer Forum and also love different boutiques because they have the most amazing pieces.

When I’m not working I’m… Painting, drawing or cooking!

My favourite local restaurant is..I’m new to the Gold Coast, but it would have to be Meccah Bar and Toscani’s.

In five years I hope to be… I would love to be travelling to different places buying my own stones for my designs and also to become a brand where customers are able to identify.
